What Happened In The Video?

A van driver, wearing a hi-viz vest, intentionally cut off a cyclist, then tackled him, threw and repeatedly kicked his bike, and grabbed him around the throat, choking him. The aggressive actions almost pushed the cyclist into a passing truck.

According to local media, the driver claimed the confrontation stemmed from the cyclist earlier smashing his van’s left mirror near Ulvรธya, where it was legally parked for a film shoot with police permission.

“Lost his temper”

He stated his aim was to obtain identification for insurance but admitted he “lost his temper”. Police were not prosecuting anyone at that time. Such extreme road rage was “very uncommon” in Norway.
